8. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy
CourseSaver.com follows the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) in responding to proper claims that content available on this web site infringes a valid copyright. CourseSaver.com will respond to a notice of claimed infringement (“NOCI”) that complies with the DMCA and other applicable laws. To submit a proper NOCI, you must send us the following information through our Contact Page.

10. Refund / Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately due to the nature of the services provided, there is an "All Sales Are Final" approach. To be fair there is adequate material avaliable free of charge to educate all potential users of the content, quality and compatibility of the site with their educational needs and devices used to study.
11. Communications
CourseSaver.com may reach out to customers via email, sms, or phone in connection with it's services for transaction reports, billing statements, password resets, account maintenance, special offers, promotions etc. Transaction based emails related to billing are required, other types may be unsubscribed from.
12. Site Terms of Use Modifications
CourseSaver.com may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice by posting new terms of use on the CourseSaver.com web site. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use. 13. Governing Law
Any claim relating to CourseSaver.com's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this agreement or your use of or access to CourseSaver.com’s web site shall be brought in the state or federal courts in Arizona, and you hereby waive any objection to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts.
